It has been submitted that the trial of the petitioner is at advance stage as out of nine witnesses six witnesses have been examined and the examination of only Investigating Officer and Doctor remains.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage.

This bail petition is disposed of with a direction to the court below to conclude the trial of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of six

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29311 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 months from the date of receipt of this order. The petitioner is granted liberty to renew his prayer for bail in the court below itself, in the event the trial is not concluded within a period of six months, and the court below will give reasons for not concluding the trial within the aforesaid period.
