The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are the purchaser of Gairmajarua Aam Land as alleged in the First Information Report. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they are innocent and have committed no offence. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Similar situated co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71879 of 2019(3) dt.19-11-2019 2/2 Court vide order dated 26.11.2016 in Cr. Misc. No.49997 of 2016.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Biraul, District-Darbhanga in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 263 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
