The Petitioner seeks bail in Town Motihari P.S. Case No. 561 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and his name has only come in the confessional statement of co-accused Munna Kumar Singh. The petitioner is in custody since, 08.02.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two
