2. Following relief(s) have been prayed for in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ application. "1(i). For proving the certified copy of the sale deed of the land purchased by the grandmother of the petitioner in Mauza Derni, Khata no. 270 & 271, Khesra Number 1082, 1083 Area 8 Katha 2 dhur, which was purchased in 1981-1982.

(ii) For directing the respondent to

(iii) For any consequential relief for which the petitioner is entitled by this Hon'ble Court in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer only to the extent of disposal of representation dated 12.08.2024 (Annexure- P/2 to the present writ application) which is pending consideration before Respondent No. 2 (Registrar, Registry Office, Chapra) within a time frame.

4. Learned counsel for the State raised no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner for disposal of representation dated 12.08.2024. However, learned counsel prays that petitioner may be directed to file fresh representation before Respondent No. 2.

5. Pursuant to the prayer made by learned counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to file fresh application before Respondent No.2.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner is directed to file fresh application along with relevant documents before Respondent No.2 within a period of four weeks from today. If any such application is filed, Respondent No.2 (Registrar, Registry Office, Chapra) is directed to consider the representation filed by the petitioner and dispose of the same after perusing the documents filed on behalf of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the application.

7. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
