The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 388 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 419, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the petitioner having indulged in impersonation and was found writing papers of B.A. 3rd Part examination in place of another candidate namely Krish Kumar.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case which is apparent from the fact that he has not been apprehended from the spot. The petitioner is stated to be having a clean antecedent.

No.57399 of 2019(3) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to the released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Bagbigha P.S. Case No. 388 of 2018 subject to the conditions as stipulated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
