====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 27-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted and has antecedent of six cases.

The informant alleges that on 25.04.2019, three unknown criminal intercepted him and looted Rs.10,000/-, mobile and key of the motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR was against unknown and name of the petitioner transpired during the course of investigation based on the confessional

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted and coaccused has been granted anticipatory bail, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Falka P.S. Case No. 127 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be the father (Rampratap Sharma) of the petitioner. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Kundan/- U T
