The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kochas P.S. Case no. 54 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on 05.03.2019 at 11.00 A.M., while informant Indu Devi was in her filed, her villager Santosh Ojha (Petitioner) came near her and started to talk in filthy language, when she made protest then petitioner started to abuse and cause assault. At that time, petitioner caught hold her hand and snatched her Mangalshutra from her neck. On raising alarm, villager Ram Nagina Ram reached there then this petitioner moved from there giving threatening

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, Title Suit No. 120 of 2002 is filed by Mahendra Ojha, grand father of the petitioner against Jagarnath Ram, father in law of the informant and others due to that reasons, the present case has been lodged regarding the occurrence dated 05.03.2019 on 10.03.2019 only to give undue pressure upon the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M-I, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 54 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
