Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 414, 420,407 and 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that neither he has been apprehended nor was he riding the concerned motor cycle. Learned counsel submits that the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement of co-accused Anand Kumar Gupta. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2014.

Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, namely, Satish Kumar Sahani, is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48569 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha,West Champaran, in Bagaha P.S. Case No. 153 of 2014 with a further condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner must be a close relative or family member of the petitioner who shall file affidavit before the concerned court giving complete genealogy to show his / her relationship with him. Further, if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
