JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-03-2017 The petitioners seek release on anticipatory bail, in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 615 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 130B of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly the petitioners had received some money from the informant with a promise to execute sale deed with respect to certain lands which they have refused to honour after taking the amount.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are ready to pay the said amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- to Opposite Party No. 2, in five monthly installments of Rs. 40000/- each.

In view of the stand taken on behalf of the petitioners, these applications are allowed.

Let the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 615 of 2014;
