This Interlocutory application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners to condone the delay of 49 days in filing the present M.J.C. application for restoration of Civil Revision No.210 of 2012.

For the reasons mentioned in the aforesaid Interlocutory Application, the delay of 49 days in filing the present M.J.C. application is condoned and, accordingly, I.A. No.1443 of 2015 is disposed of.

Now, the present application bearing M.J.C. No.4472 of 2014 is being considered for restoration of Civil Revision No.210 of 2012.

Patna High Court MJC No.4472 of 2014 (4) dt.21-12-2016 2/2 Heard.

The present application bearing M.J.C. No.4472 of 2014 has been filed for restoration of Civil Revision No.210 of 2012 which stood dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 02.09.2014 passed by this Court.

For the reasons mentioned in the present application, the same is allowed and Civil Revision No.210 of 2012 is restored to its original file.
