JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-07-2025 The learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 6.3.2020, passed in CWJC No. 4633 of 2020, the Deputy Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar, Patna has passed an order dated 23.12.2022, whereby and whereunder the petitioner institution has been granted recognition for conducting BSC Nursing Training Course for 60 seats for one session, hence, the order of this Court has stood complied with.

This Court finds that neither the petitioner is being represented by any counsel nor any rejoinder affidavit has been

Thus, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 6.3.2020 has stood complied with, hence the present contempt petition stands dismissed.
