Mr. S.C.25 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-08-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.
2. This is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order/orders, direction/directions commanding the respondents' authorities for the following reliefs: - a). For issuance of an appropriate writ for directing upon the respondent's authorities to act in accordance with law and to investigate the Jandaha P.S. Case No.236/2023, dt.23.07.2023 in fair manner and within stipulated time frame;

For direction upon the respondents to immediately and forthwith direct and call upon the respondent authorities to act in accordance with law and further to bring the FIR/investigation to its logical end and to furthermore exonerate the petitioner from all false acquisition;
c). For direction upon the respondents to immediately and forthwith direct and call upon the respondent authorities to act in accordance with law and tobring the present case i.e., Jandaha P.S. Case No.236/2023, dt.23.07.2023 conclusion. to its logical;
d). For directing the respondent/s to provide a fair opportunity to the petitioner to represent his case, as till date no concrete step has been taken by the police authorities for investigating the case and to give a fair hearing to the petitioner who has represented before each various police official's respondent's in given fair circumstances;
e). For directing the respondent/s specially investigating officer of the Jandaha P.S. Case No.236/2023, dt.23.07.2023 to restrain themselves from lingering/stretching the matter too long in interest of justice and to submit its report as soon as possible;
f). For issuance of an appropriate writ for commanding the respondents to act in accordance with law and to investigate the case properly withing timeframe and without any bias.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the investigation of the case of suicide is pending since 2022.
4. In view of the above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali to get
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1876 of 2024(2) dt.05-08-2025 3/3 the investigation concluded within three months from today if the same has not been concluded yet.
5. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali through FAX for its compliance.
