JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-01-2023 Petitioner seeks quashing of order dated 17.5.2018, passed by the District Programme Officer, Gaya ( respondent no.4) in Anganbari Case No. 79 of 2015, contained in Annexure 4, by which petitioner's engagement as Anganbari Sevika has been terminated.

At the outset, referring to paragraph 5 of the counter affidavit, learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the petitioner, without availing the remedy of appeal before District Magistrate, Gaya (respondent no.3) under Rule 12 of the Aanganwari Sevika/Sahaika Chayan Margdarsika, 2019, has straightway filed the writ petition.

In view of the aforesaid submission, writ petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to file an appeal before respondent no.3 against the impugned order dated 17.5.2018 within a period of four weeks from today. If such
