2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304[B]/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 30.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51611 of 2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as a matter of fact, deceased committed suicide and charge has already been framed on 13.03.2024 and till date only one witness has been examined. Petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody and slow progress of trial, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 13th Addl. Sessions Judge, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with S.Tr. No. 203/24, arising out of Sugauli P.S. Case No. 200/23.
