Learned AC to GA No. 11 as well as Sri S.S. Sundaram, learned counsel for Bihar Staff Selection Commission are present. The present petition was filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against opposite parties on an allegation of willful disobedience to an order dated 18/4/2012 passed in CWJC No.7531 of 2012.

Patna High Court MJC No.5316 of 2013 (7) dt.09-01-2015 2/2 taken that after the order of the writ court the petitioner had approached this court complaining disobedience to the order of the writ court vide MJC No. 604 of 2013, which was subsequently dismissed as withdrawn on 17/9/2014. However, petitioner by suppressing this fact has filed the present petition. Keeping in view the fact that once a contempt petition wherein allegation was made for violation of the order of the writ court, i.e. order dated 18.4.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7531 of 2012 was dismissed, second contempt petition may not be entertained.
The petition stands dismissed.
