The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual mode.

Counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out, by the office, within a period of four weeks from the date of restoration of normalcy. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Suryagarha P.S. case No.169 of 2014 arising out of Sessions Trial No.64 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 453, 180, 302, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, pending

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71923 of 2021(3) dt.16-02-2022 2/2 in the court of Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai.

The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure 1 to the present application taking into account that the petitioner is the assailant. A report was called for from the trial court. It has been reported that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined in this case and the case is fixed for defence evidence. Considering the nature of accusation and the stage of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to take all necessary steps to conclude the trial preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. (Sudhir Singh, J) Narendra/- U T
