====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 29-04-2015 The present application has been filed for restoration of CWJC No.14002 of 2006, which stood dismissed for want of prosecution by an order dated 14.11.2014.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the sole petitioner died on 01.02.2014 during the pendency of the writ petition itself.

In view of the aforesaid admitted fact, the present application could not have been filed on behalf of a dead person on 28.11.2014 since admittedly the death of the petitioner has taken place on 01.02.2014.

The present application is not maintainable and is, accordingly, dismissed.
