State.

Petitioners are the wife, husband, said to have set ablaze their widowed sister-in-law in order to appropriate her property. Such statement has come to light through the mouth of none else than the 13 year old daughter of the deceased, recorded in Paragraph 28 of the case diary.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46370 of 2014 (4) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 In the circumstances, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Their prayer for bail is, accordingly, rejected.
