JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 76 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-20/22 of NDPS Act.

500 gms. Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 26-03-2017.

It has been submitted that 500 gms Ganja comes below the commercial quantity. The petitioner has got clean antecedent. In such circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jaynagar

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31321 of 2017 (2) dt.12-07-2017 P.S. Case No. 76 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Madhubani subject to condition that both the bailors should be relatives of the petitioner.
