The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Belchhi P.S. Case No. 58 of 2021 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute for a common passage. There is specific allegation against co-accused Naresh Paswan. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.72369 of 2022(4) dt.24-03-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Barh, Patna in connection with Belchhi P.S.
