There are serious controversies with regard to authenticity of the petitioner having worked as a daily wager under the respondents. In absence of any clear material or evidence having been brought on record, stand of the State taken in the counter affidavit that the claim of the petitioner is false, fabricated, fictitious and motivated seems to be prima facie acceptable. If that be so, this Court is not willing to pass any direction upon the respondents to appoint the petitioner on a Class IV post as a
