Petitioner along with his associate indulged in an altercation with Khalasi of a Truck whereupon was apprehended by the police and on search, a country made loaded pistol has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that is under custody since 06.02.2017 having only one case by way of criminal antecedent that too relating to Electricity Act. Accordingly, petitioner, Shankar Yadav @ Shankar Kumar Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Udakishunganj PS Case No. 14/2017.
