2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 498(A), 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Vide order dated 17.10.2023, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Center of the Patna High Court to amicably resolve the dispute between the parties. The learned Mediator has submitted its report dated 22.12.2023 in which it is clearly stated that the dispute between the parties has been resolved and the terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by

4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Dehri Mahila P.S. Case No. 68 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

5. However, the petitioner is directed to abide by the terms and conditions of the agreement arrived between the parties. If the petitioner fails to abide the terms and conditions of the agreement, informant shall be at liberty to move before the learned Court below for cancelling the bail bond of the petitioner.
