2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 153/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution case, there is allegation against the petitioners who are said to have caught hold the informant's son. It is alleged that co-accused Suranjan Kumar is said to have fired from the pistol which hit the chest of the informant's son as a result of which he sustained injury and died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence as alleged in the FIR. Occurrence took place on 13.05.2025 and FIR has been lodged on 14.05.2025, after the postmortem which was held on 13.05.2025 which shows that afterthought, this case has been lodged. From perusal of postmortem report, it appears that there is only one firearm injury on the body of the deceased. He further submits that there is no specific allegation of firing against the petitioners and both are ladies and having no criminal antecedent. He further submits that both parties are agnate and there is land dispute between the parties and in the cases of land dispute facts are generally exaggerated to make the case graver. He further submits that petitioner no. 1 is the wife of co-accused Suranjan Kumar and she being wife of the said co-accused has falsely been implicated in this case.
5. The learned counsel for the informant as well as learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners and submitted that petitioners are said to have caught hold the informant's son and hence, the petitioners do not deserve anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there is no specific allegation of firing against the

No.60920 of 2025(4) dt.24-11-2025 3/3 petitioners and both are ladies and having clean antecedent, argument advanced on behalf of both sides and also taking into consideration the material available on record, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 153/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S..
7. The application stands allowed.
