This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Phulparas Police Station Case No. 05 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 379 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the parties have settled their dispute by process of mediation vide Mediation Proceeding No. 115 of 2017 before the Patna High Court Mediation & Reconciliation Centre, Patna. Hence, the petitioner deserves the privilege of anticipatory bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released
