In the present case, the petitioner submits that he was not appointed but, engaged to operate the computer but, after sometime, the engagement has taken place.

This Court cannot give any direction with regard to the petitioner. However, the petitioner, if so adviced, may file a fresh representation and the authority concerned (Respondent No.4) will consider the case of the petitioner on merit and will take a decision in accordance with law.
