JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-09-2024 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to add the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna as party-respondent no. 5 to the present writ petition. Permission, so sought, is granted.

Needful be done during the course of the day.

The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.i) For issuance of direction upon the respondent authorities for allotment of M.I.G flat at Bahadurpur Housing

Patna High Court CWJC No.18000 of 2015(3) dt.12-09-2024 2/2 Colony at Patna for which he had got himself registered on 28.03.1981 bearing reg. no. 114077."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna i.e. the respondent no. 5 for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna i.e. the respondent no. 5, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
