The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 5549 of 2019 arising out of Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 602 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 138 liters of illicit liquor from the car of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case.
