The Petitioner seeks bail in Parbatta P.S.Case No. 35/2012 instituted for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Khagaria.

Considering that the petitioner is an accused in Parbatta P.S.Case No. 148/2009 and hence pressuring the deceased to compromise the said case upon which the present occurrence has taken place, I am not inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial. (Anjana Prakash, J) singh/- U T
