17-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

There happens to be an allegation in omnibus manner against the petitioner including Shiv Kumar Rai, Raj Kumar Roy, Ramu Kumar, Rakesh Kumar, Bijili Roy who had assaulted Ganauri Rai on 13.01.2014 who, during course of treatment died on 15.01.2014. Although, petitioner presence has been procured in the year 2017 and on account thereof, is under custody since 01.05.2017.

That being so, Raj Kumar Roy is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten
