This is an application for quashing of the order dated 27.7.2015, G.R.No. 1650 of 2014 arising out of Madhepur P.S. Case No. 161 of 2014 by which the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur took cognizance under sections 365/ 366 (A)/ 420 Indian Penal Code.

It seems that the petitioners have lost interest in the case.

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to raise all the points before the Trial
