The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 294 of 2013 arising out of Dharahara P.S. Case No. 65 of 2010 for the offence under Sections 124(A), 384, 385/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 17 of Criminal Law Amendment Act and Section 13 of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody for more than a year for misuse of bail. The petitioner has sufficiently been punished, therefore, he

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-V, Munger, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 294 of 2013 arising out of Dharhara P.S. Case No. 65 of 2010.
