Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that substantive grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. In view of the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to agitate before the appropriate forum with regard to the subsisting grievance of the petitioner by filing detail representation.

In case such representation is filed along with a copy of this order, the respondents authorities are required to
