1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mehandiganj P. S. Case No. No. 80 of 2024 dated 15.06.2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 147, 341, 323, 354, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The main submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners are that the FIR has been registered
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63697 of 2024(2) dt.08-10-2024 2/3 against five accused including the petitioners and the allegation of assault is general and omnibus against all the accused, out of them two co-accused namely, Rahul Kumar and Prem Kumar have been granted the relief of anticipatory bail by the learned trial court but the prayer of the petitioners was rejected mainly considering the last portion of the FIR containing the particular allegation as to the petitioners having bad intention towards the informant but the said allegation is completely vague and further both the petitioners are very young person having fair and clean antecedent.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioners.

Considering the above submissions and the nature of allegation appearing against the petitioners coupled with their young age as well as fair and clean antecedent, this court is inclined to accept the anticipatory bail prayer of the petitioners. Accordingly, let the petitioners named-above, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Mehandiganj P. S. Case No. No. 80 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
