24-05-2017 The respondent authorities have made payment of GPF amount of Rs. 2,41,755/- (Two Lacs Forty One Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Five only) as far back as on 25.01.2014. The petitioner, who has been done his own calculation especially calculation of interest, claims payment of Rs. 3,60,048/- (Three Lacs Sixty Thousand and Forty Eight only).

The petitioner is given liberty to either explain his account and calculation to the GPF authorities or get it explained based on which payment has already been made and settled. No further direction for

Patna High Court CWJC No.21599 of 2014 (2) dt.24-05-2017 payment can be issued otherwise. Since the issue is of accounting and not the claim as a matter of right. This writ application is, accordingly, disposed of.
