Petitioner is accused in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 24 of 2018 registered under Sections 149, 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 379, 448, 504 and 506 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to land disputes. There is case and counter case between the parties. The injuries are found to be simple in nature. Petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2019. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 9401 of 2019 (Annexure-4).

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56766 of 2019(5) dt.18-01-2020 2/2 of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 24 of 2018.
