The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act.

It is alleged that these petitioners along with other co-accused have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant. The victim was recovered with the help of villagers and Panchayat Sarpanch on the same very day. It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71804 of 2021(3) dt.14-07-2022 2/2 petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the victim in her 164 Cr.P.C statement has not named the petitioners. She also did not allege any wrong against her. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Darbhanga in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 219 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
