The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Forbesganj Circle Excise Case No. 38 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. From perusal of the Complaint Petition, it is evident that the alleged recovery has been made from the joint house of the petitioner. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.72354 of 2021(2) dt.06-05-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Araria in connection with Forbesganj Circle Excise Case No. 38 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
