Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of theft of shebuffalo. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been made accused in another case, i.e. Chausa Police Station Case No. 106/08 registered under sections 147, 148, 149 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code but in that case he has already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 11.03.2014. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, namely, Matru Yadav is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten
