2. The present MJC is filed for restoration of Civil Review No. 246 of 2017 dated 04.08.2023.

3. For the reasons stated in the application read with the affidavit and in the interest of petitioner, order dated 04.08.2023, passed in Civil Review No. 246 of 2017, arising out of L.P.A. No. 174 of 2015 stands recalled. Accordingly, Civil Review No. 246 of 2017 stands restored on the file.
