The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.56 of 2012 for allegedly having committed the offences under Section 498A and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to keep the complainant with all honour and dignity.
Considering the aforementioned submissions and the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49486 of 2014 (2) dt.14-05-2015 2/2 bona fide offer made by the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Complaint Case No.56 of 2012, Tr. No.1942 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
It is, however, made clear that if at all there is any untoward act indulged by the petitioner so as to prejudice the complainant in any way and cause mental torture to her, it will be open for the Opposite Party No.2 to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law.
