Petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Shree Krishnapuri P.S. Case No. 117 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that he had not appeared in the written test and had got some body else appeared in his place. In course of examination of documents when this petitioner was asked some questions as to the location of the examination centre, he could not answer the same properly, which gave rise to suspicion in the mind of informant. It is alleged that for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32769 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 purpose of getting a job in the bank on the post of sweeper/peon the petitioner was indulged in this fraudulent act. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of allegation, the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the petitioner is in custody since 6.5.2017, let the petitioner, above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Shree Krishnapuri P.S. Case No. 117 of 2017, subject to the conditions under Section 437(3) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) siddharth/- U T
