Smt.Binita Singh (Sc28) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 13-09-2019 The present writ application involves the issue of pay fixation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that similar issue was decided by this Court in 13288 of 2014 vide oral judgment dated 04.10.2018.

Considering the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the University to verify the record of the petitioner and if it is found that the case of the petitioner is similar to that of petitioners in C.W.J.C. No. 13288 of 2014 then similar treatment should be extended to this petitioner.

Necessary decision in this regard may be taken by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18852 of 2019(2) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 respondents at the earliest, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

In the event, the fund available with the University is not adequate, the University may request the State Government for release of additional fund that will be considered by the State Government in terms of obligation under the Bihar State University Act.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
