2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 53 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have looted a TVS motorcycle from the informant and is accused in seven more criminal cases.

5. In view of the above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
