JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323/504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of D.P. Act. The parties have settled their dispute outside the Court and a supplementary affidavit along with compromise petition has been filed.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52145 of 2016 (7) dt.27-04-2017 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Hilsa, Nalanda/Successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No.565C of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The parties shall get their pending cases disposed of in terms of compromise as the petitioner has already paid the claimed amount through bank draft to opposite party No.2.
