02. 13.07.2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 52.56 litres of country-made liquor were recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 03.06.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32488 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District & Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 172 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
