Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Dinara (Bhanas) P.S. Case No. 404 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 379, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

The petitioner is said to have participated in the murder of the deceased, who accompanied his friend, who has gone to meet his girl friend. Though the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but his name has come in self-inculpatory statement of co-accused.
