KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Maheshkhunt P. S. Case no. 02 of 2017 instituted for offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 436/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners of assaulting the informant in which he sustained injury. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. There is case and counter case between the parties. Land dispute is there between the parties.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail
