Patna High Court CWJC No.15995 of 2022(2) dt.20-03-2024 2/3 post of Sanitation Supervisor within the Gram Panchayat Raj, Kathaur, Block-Parsauni, District- Sitamarhi under LOHIYA SANITATION ABHIYAN, ODF Plus Phase-2, Programme.

The petitioner has been working as a Motivator(PRERAK), under the Project since 27-07-2017, in the mean time the Respondent, Principal Secretary, Rural Development Department, Govt. of Bihar issued Circular in ODF-Phase-2 "7 NISHCHSY2" vide Memo No.592429, dated-06-10-2021 in which post of the Sanitation Supervisor in Panchayat level has been published and pursuant to advertisement, the petitioner applied on 11-02-2022 but the respondent in "Fake" so called Aam Sabha dt.26-06-2022 has appointed to one Vikash Kumar whose wife is functioning as Ward Secretary in ward No.-7, of the Gram Panchayat, ignoring the instruction as well as the guide lines issued by the Department.

The petitioner represented to all concerned but they have not taken any decision till date.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
