ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek bail in Chousa P.S. case No.23 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 385, 379 and 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Ashok Kumar-II, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Uda Kishunganj (Madhepura).

Considering that the Petitioners while on bail committed this offence and thus misused the privilege of bail, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for bail is rejected.
